The Torch Trinity Center for Christian Leadership is a research and support center for leaders of Korean society and church. The TTCCL seeks to be a catalyst for leadership development, offering special events and lectures to an array of audiences in both the Christian and secular worlds. The center seeks to be a positive influence for spiritual leadership and Christian culture.

The Christian CEO Program began in the Spring of 2005 with appropriately 130 executives and professionals. The program challenges executives to think theologically and biblically about management, business and personal development. Participants meet twice a week for special lectures on various topics of interest from political and social issues to personal spiritual ones. The program fosters spiritual formation in professions and jobs that are often high stress. Several open-classroom trips are scheduled during the term. The participants get an opportunity to reassess their successful careers and their professional passions from a Christian perspective. Through this program, Torch Trinity is making an important contribution to the professional world.
