박사학위 열람석 신청안내

1. 신청기간 : 2016년 1월 25일(월) ~ 1월 29일(금) 17:00 까지

Period of Carrel Application: from 25 Jan(Mon) to 29 Jan.(Fri)

2. 사용기간 : 2016년 2월 22일(월) ~ 2016년 8월 19일(금)

Period of using Carrel: from 22 Feb.2016 to 19 Aug 2016.

3. 신청대상 : 본교 Ph.D (논문학기) 재학생

Applicant: Students in Ph. D (for thesis)

5. 제출서류 : 신청서 1부 (신규 신청시 사진 부착)

Document that you need : Application Form(with your photo)

6. 제출방법(How to Apply)

(1) 대출대에 직접 제출바람

Send me the your application form directly at circulation desk.

(2) 방문이 어려운 경우, 신청서를 작성한후 메일에 첨부하여 대출열람 사서에게 (hj.joo@ttgu.ac.kr) 신청 (단, 추후에 방문시 본인 싸인을 해야하며, 이메일 송수신 이상으로 인한 책임은 도서관에서 지지 않음)
