1.젨젨? How did you come to Torch Trinity?

I started to think about how to develop the seminary in Thailand in 2008 which was a similar year I graduated. In that year, I started to pray to God and tried to seek his way. I wanted to know his answer but everything was quieted. On April 2010, my teacher who works in our seminary wrote e-mail to me. That is, she came to Korea and visited at Torch Trinity. And then, she felt that Torch Trinity is very good seminary. Thus she suggested this seminary to me and told me that I need to pray for my study in Korea to practice myself to be a teacher in the Old Testament in the next 2 years. I started to pray for 2 months. After that, I knew that God calls and prepares the way for me to study here. I quit my full-time job, the youth pastor and prepare myself to be a student in this seminary.

2.젨젨? Your time at Torch Trinity

젨젨젨젨젨젨 My time at Torch Trinity has been the most of joy and the most difficult time to me. I came from the country that is very warm but Korea on March was very cold for me. Nevertheless, I saw a snow in some day and my friends told me that is the last snow for this season. Because of this snow, I was very happy and excited this country more. Actually in the first semester, I spent my time a lot to study and read the books. I really enjoys with the worship on Tuesday and Thursday which I did not absence. Moreover, in our dormitory, we have a program for TSMS students to pray in the morning on every Friday. I believe that God leads me to this seminary to learn something more than the education. That is, I can learn about the atmosphere of the spiritual and worship that is a good experience in Korea.

3.젨젨? Your current ministry involvement and future plans

After graduate, I would like to present Christian articles. I hope that I will bring the knowledge that I gain from Torch Trinity to apply in the Old Testament reference. In other area is I would like to develop my serving to be 몋he expertise or theologian after I graduate from Torch Trinity. In Thailand, we lack of the expertise in this area. From the observation, it found that Thai Christian novel which written by Thai has a few when compares to foreign Christian novel. It refers that Thailand is lack of the expertise who understand the Bible and how to apply into serving in Thai church. In other words, Thai churches have never taken it seriously about building Thai theology base on Thai society. Therefore, my vision is to develop the servants in Thailand according to the biblical and Thai society.

The problem in serving God in Thai society is many servants and Thai Christian neglect about reading, studying and applying the Old Testament into preaching. The Old Testament becomes the books that Thai pastor seem to look over and they only use the Old Testament just to show the examples in the sermon. Besides, some part of the Old Testament has not famous to read in the Thai church.

Thus, studying in Torch Trinity will be a guideline for me to use and apply Old Testament, the inspiration books from God and there is none for mistaken, in my teaching, to emphasize the promise of God to His children. I will bring the knowledge to develop Thai church, I will encourage them to use the Old Testament in preaching. I also will apply my knowledge from Torch Trinity in my teaching and develop them in my materials in Bangkok Institute of Theology where I am a full time teacher. I have an expectation that I will apply the knowledge to serve God in a ministry.?

4.젨젨? How is TTGST preparing you for your calling?

TTGST has been preparing the good experience for me. According from my plan, I hope to work in academic in Thailand which is lacking the expertise in the Old Testament area. I discovered that TTGST presents to me that how to be a good teacher in the seminary. Our professors will give their times always to the students who do not understand in their class. They suggest me not only the education but for how to walk with Jesus Christ. In Th.M. class, our professors teach me how to write the writings and how to bring the knowledge after I criticize the text to use in our church and real life.?I feel warm in my heart that God is working pass this seminary to build me up in Jesus Christ and preparing me to serve in Thailand in the next 2 years coming.
